"Trust the process."
You must have heard this phrase a million times.
I know I did.
But I never understood what it really means.
Until now.
Trust The Process =
(Self-Belief + Hope + Action in the right direction) x Love
Trusting the process means that you believe in yourself, have hope, take action while you love it all.
Let's break down the formula to understand it better.
Self-Belief simply means that you believe in yourself in every aspect of your life. You believe that you have what it takes.
That you can write that book. That you can get that job. That you can be a great parent. That you can change your life.
Hope means that no matter how the situation looks at the present, you believe that everything will work out at the right time.
It means to remember that things don't happen to you; they happen FOR you.
Now, you may have self-belief and hope. But if you don't take Action in the right direction, it all goes to waste.
Action is what will bring your dreams closer to you.
And finally, Love.
If you don't love what you're doing, then not only you're missing out on life, but life is missing out on you.
Trusting the process is not about the results.
But if you do trust the process - which means
you believe in yourself
you keep the hope that everything will eventually work out in your favour
you take the necessary actions to make things work
and you will do it all with lots of love
then the results will effortlessly fall into your lap.
Miss any of those four ingredients, and you'll end with a sad and frustrating dish.
So whatever it is that you're doing, trust the process.
